Quality Improvement Manager
Salary; £34,842.00 - £39,405.00 per annum plus benefits
We are currently recruiting for an individual to join our dynamic team and further enhance and support the provision of high quality academic, commercial and business support services within the College.
This is a key appointment to ensure that the College maintains, and ultimately exceeds, the high standards expected by awarding bodies and that we continue to drive quality improvement processes across all areas.
Your responsibilities will include taking lead on a range of quality improvement projects, whilst overseeing the administration of a variety of internal and external surveys. You will be supporting the college’s preparation for inspection or other external quality scrutiny visits, including Ofsted, Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) Awarding Organisations, etc. Reviewing the completed reports and creating related action plans and ensuing to monitor the progress/ outcomes.
Ensure that policies and procedures related to the curriculum and quality are fit for purpose and regularly updated. Liaising with the head of TSA to ensure that observation findings are translated into useful CPD for teaching staff
You will have previous experience of working within the education sector and demonstrate a genuine commitment to continuous improvement coupled with excellent communication skills. You will have a high attention to detail and be able to generate “buy in” from others. You will be confident working with a variety of different stakeholders to deliver key projects and new initiatives while respectfully challenging the status quo to drive change and further improvement.
