Due to the promotion of our existing Receptionist to cover a maternity leave, the college has a vacancy for a part-time Receptionist to start in late August 2019. The role will be for 25 hours per week 8am - 2pm (with an hour for lunch) term-time only until 31/1/2020.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills as they will be responsible for dealing with the college email account and phone switchboard. They will be the first point of contact for staff, students, parents and visitors, ensuring that the sign-in/sign-out processes are operated smoothly and that any issues are directed appropriately. They will also administer payments for trips and optional activities, as well as taking deliveries, dealing with post and supporting the teaching team with additional administrative activities as necessary.
