Wiltshire College & University Centre is looking for an exceptional Recruitment Specialist who can bring substantial in-house recruitment experience to the College.
We are looking for in-depth experience across the entire recruitment lifecycle including attraction planning, managing recruitment budgets and writing amazing adverts and social media posts. Ensuring candidates and hiring managers have a brilliant experience during the recruitment process will be core to your success. It is essential that you have worked as an in-house recruiter as whilst the role is operational there will also be a strong focus on developing and rolling out improvements across the College’s recruitment practices.

Our HR department is one of the dedicated professional services teams that supports the college across our Trowbridge, Chippenham, Lackham and Salisbury campuses. The college is home to 13,000 students and we offer a diverse range of apprenticeships as well as a full suite of full-time vocational courses and higher education courses. At University level we offer HNCs, HNDs, Foundation Degrees and Full Honours Degrees.

There will be a requirement to work some days from our Trowbridge campus in due course when it is safe to do so, but we are happy to discuss ongoing regular working from home and flexible hours arrangements with the successful candidate.

This role will close on 6th July 2020. Adverts normally close at midday on the closing date. We are planning on holding a first stage telephone screen to discuss the role and your experience in more detail and successful candidates will then progress to an interview over Microsoft Team on Monday, 20th July 2020.
