Recruitment Specialist
Salary: £29,905 pa pro rata
Hours: 32 hours per week, 52 weeks per year
Contract Details: Permanent, Part-Time

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our HR Team, managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the College, working within budget and developing time-to-hire targets.
You will be responsible for attracting and engaging talent for the College across a wide range of roles in curriculum and business support, as well as managing and developing appropriate assessment processes and techniques to ensure the selection and appointment of high-quality, talented candidates. You will also work closely with HR Business Partners, Marketing, and Hiring Managers to ensure recruitment campaigns align with College strategy and values.
An experienced Recruiter, you will have experience of managing the full end-to-end recruitment process, including developing, designing and implementing multi-channel attraction strategies. This experience, coupled with the ability to create strong internal and external working relationships will equip you to understand the requirements of hiring managers and work seamlessly with external providers when sourcing candidates.
Communication plays a significant part in this role so you will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be familiar with multi-channel communication methods, have experience of managing projects, possess well-developed planning and organisation skills, have strong IT skills and a proven track record of delivering results. Experience of using an online recruitment tracking system would be advantageous.
To support a great candidate experience whilst still supporting our hiring managers, we’re offering the opportunity to work flexibly with two days in the office and the rest of your time managed to meet candidate and business needs. Attendance at occasional evening events, e.g., careers fairs will be required.
