If so, you could be the very person we are looking for! Weston College seeks a motivated individual to join our highly successful Construction Team as a Regional Trainer Assessor for Groundworks. This role involves a variety of training and assessment both in a college environment and in the workplace. Suitable candidates will need to have a sound knowledge, experience and understanding of the Groundworks/Civils sector and hold a recognised Level 2 Construction related qualification or above.

If you have an industry background and the desire to become a Trainer/Assessor of the future, then we have an excellent ‘Industry to Education’ programme that would support you to retrain whilst working for an outstanding College.
As post-holder, we can offer you:
- An earning potential of up to £31k per annum (equivalent to up to £14.72 per hour), plus a market-rate supplement depending on the experience.
- Full-time, 37 hours per week.
- 48 days holiday leave per annum, inclusive of bank holidays and college closures.
