As Regional Trainer / Assessor in the Birmingham to Gloucester area, you will be responsible for teaching, training, and assessing upon a range of accredited programmes, as required, delivering the learning aims of students and focussing on Health & Social Care. This may be achieved through general teaching, one-to–one tutorials, classroom style workshops, observation, reviews, and the assessment of students in the workplace.
You will proactively work with employers to design a programme which develops skills, knowledge and behaviours at the right time, ensuring students pass their qualifications, their end point assessment and reach their identified destination.
You do not need to be qualified or experienced in teaching or assessing as training will be provided, but you must be an experienced practitioner in healthcare. Applications from Band 3, 4 & 5 healthcare staff would be suitable for this post.
