ACS International Schools is currently seeking Resident Sports Graduate Assistants to join our team at our Cobham Campus.
The purpose of this role is to provide support across the Sport & PE Department, including delivery of coaching sessions and the fixtures programme.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:
- PE/Sports graduate with a keen interest and passion for a variety of sports
- Has performed in sport to a high level
- Qualified to coach at least one of our Tier 1 sports (basketball, swimming, track & field, tennis and volleyball)
- Experience of coaching young people
- An energetic and enthusiastic approach
- First aid trained or willing to undertake training
- Active participant in sport/fitness activities.
- Clear and accurate written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to deal with a range of people fairly and with respect.
- The ability to work effectively in a team
- Good planning and organisational skills with the proven ability to use own initiative.
- A flexible attitude and an adaptable, self-motivated approach
- An understanding of the importance of developing appropriate working relationships with young people, with the ability to define boundaries
This is a one year fixed term contract with the possibility of extending to two years for applicants who have excelled in their first year and wishing to pursue the possibility of a PGCE/Teaching career.
Please note that accommodation and full board is included on site at our Boarding house in Cobham, as part of this position.
