Higher Education Residential Childcare Trainer - Sessional
£15.28 per hour (£13.00 + £2.28 holiday pay)

Here at Aspiral Learning, we are the employer-focused and national provider arm for BCoT. We are proud to offer a number of new apprenticeships to encourage organisations to use apprenticeships in a wider variety of roles.
We are recruiting for an industry experienced trainer for Residential Childcare to train, assess and support a small caseload of learners undertaking apprenticeships across Hampshire and surrounding areas.
As the successful candidate you will:
• Be able to ensure leaners succeed and department targets are met
• Have previous experience of delivering training, have a recognised qualification in childcare at level 4 or 5 and work in residential childcare at a higher level
• Preferably hold an Assessor Award qualification or willing to undertake the training (an additional IQA award would be advantageous)
