Brunel is looking to appoint to an exciting new and developed role.
The Resourcing Learning & Development Manager will support the planned growth of Brunel over the next five years and beyond. It is crucial we have the right people in the right place maximising their skills to deliver education / services to our Children and Young People.
This role will suit someone who is relentless in finding the right talent for our vacancies and passionate about delivering customer service to potential candidates who are applying to join the Brunel family and is obsessive about Learning and Development. This role will have different work streams and the successful candidate will need to prioritise accordingly. Brunel is on a journey of rapid growth and this new role will need to ensure the workstreams are on track and delivering the desired objectives. This will be to ensure Brunel attracts and retains the right professionals and continue their learning & development throughout their career. It is pivotal to ensure our Brunel family are trained in their roles to deliver the education / service we offer. The individual will also need excellent communication skills, which will allow the individual the opportunity to partner with the Education Provisions, Recruitment Officer and the People Services Team.
