Schools Transitions Officer – Team Leader
Salary: £20,428 - £22,437 per annum
Location: Bridgwater Campus
The role of the Schools Transition Officer is to actively work with schools and other external agencies to support young people to make a successful transition into College as well as coordinate, report and support OFSTED identified vulnerable learners and potential NEET risk students during their time at College. This is an exciting role for a person who is pro-active and thrives on problem-solving.
You will anticipate needs and provide solutions to support students.
