We are currently seeking a Senior Administrator/ Reception Team Leader to join our curriculum administration team, who will support colleagues across the college. The primary duties of this post will be to complete a range of administrative tasks and take on a managerial role for the curriculum admin team. The role also entails support to the Admin/reception manager and supporting the reception teams across both Cambridge and Huntingdon campuses.
The successful candidate will be need to be highly motivated, organised and with the ability to manage their own workload. They must also be willing to work as part of a team and contribute to the planning and smooth running of college events, providing a high level of customer service to staff, students and visitors.
It is essential that the applicant has a high standard of IT and problem solving skills as well as excellent attention to detail. They must also have strong written, communication and time management skills and must also be able to work well under pressure.
