Various hours - one Friday evening and one Sunday per month which may increase if busy.
We are looking for an experienced Chef to help out in our commercial restaurant in our award-winning Roundhouse campus. As Sessional Chef you will work with our students on themed evenings and Sunday lunches and help to achieve a successfully operating kitchen, by leading the preparation of meals within the restaurant, whilst ensuring the highest possible food preparation, cooking, hygiene and service standards are consistently delivered.
You will hold a Level 3 Professional Cookery Qualification or have recent chef or industry experience and knowledge of 'Fine Dining' Standards. Excellent customer skills and personal presentation to a professional standard are also essential for this role.
Interviews will be held on Monday 2 September 2019.
