Sessional Lecturer in Performing Arts: Acting & Voice Specialist
To start: September 2020
£28.18 per hour
We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and experienced acting and voice specialist to join our very successful performing arts department teaching across Level 2, 3, 4 and 5.
Applicants will have industry experience as well as a degree specialising in Performing Arts and have experience in collaborating to create a wide range of theatre, from contemporary plays to musicals. A recognised teaching qualification is also beneficial or the willingness to undertake appropriate training, for which support will be given. A background in acting and voice is essential for this role.
You will need to be highly organised and flexible in your approach to work as well as having a high level of interpersonal, motivational and communication skills. You will enjoy a challenge, and ideally have experience of working within a team. You should have a passion for working with people of all ages, especially young adults as well as having a commitment to student learning and attainment.
