We are looking for Sessional Trainer’s to join our Adult and Community Learning teaching team.
You will be a person who has a passion for working with adults within a local community setting. You will enjoy working with ‘hard to reach’ groups and disengaged adult learners. You will be able to engage learners and provide innovative, dynamic learning to support and retain them on their programme.
Please apply if you experience in delivering any of the following subjects: Family Learning, Healthy Living, Arts and Crafts, Cooking, Confidence Building, Employability/Back to Work programmes, Digital Skills, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Health and Social Care and Volunteering. You will be responsible for planning schemes of work, delivering unaccredited and accredited learning, ensuring progress of learners and entering learner data on our administrative system. Excellent administration and interpersonal skills, together with a commitment to working effectively as part of a team, are also essential in this role.
In addition, candidates will also need a teaching qualification, and have achieved a Level 2 or equivalent qualification in Maths and English.
