We are seeking to recruit a Skills Coach/Lecturer for Childcare Apprenticeships – Early Years Practitioner– Level 2 and Early Years Educator – Level 3.
The candidate would ideally have experience of working with Apprenticeships and work-based qualifications. Ideally the post holder will also have a background of delivering and coaching skills, knowledge and behaviours of the Early Years Practitioner – Level 2 and Early Years Educator – Level 3. The post holder will be occupationally competent in delivering training in the Early Years sectors to include Nurseries, children’s centres, pre-schools and reception classes. The post holder should have experience of teaching, planning and assessing a caseload of learners remotely and in the workplace, training them in preparation for their end point assessment.
