The Ridgeway School is a co-educational school which caters for young people 2-19 years who have severe and/or profound multiple learning difficulties and is part of the Weydon Multi Academy Trust.
We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic and highly motivated special needs assistants to work in a supportive, friendly environment as valued members of a class team. Experience and/or knowledge of working with autistic pupils and managing students with challenging behaviour will be an advantage, but not essential as full training and induction are provided.

Salary Scale: £17,457 - £20,443 (actual pro rata salary £12,077 - £14,142). Hours: 29.25 hours per week Monday to Friday term time only (38.6 weeks).
