The Governors wish to appoint an ambitious, innovative and outstanding teacher who is seeking a leadership role within Mathematics and has a longer-term career path of working at a senior level within teaching and learning in the first instance. The successful applicant will support the Director of Learning (Mathematics) in raising standards through excellent, high-impact and creative approaches to the teaching and learning of Mathematics, such as bar modelling and mathematical reasoning and application. The successful applicant will be directly responsible for keeping abreast of developments in pedagogy which will improve the experience and achievement of students in Mathematics.
