We are seeking to appoint a team of Student Engagement Coaches to motivate and inspire our students and to support them to overcome the barriers they have to in engaging in learning.
Cambridge Regional College has been awarded as a Maths Centre of Excellence and the successful post holders will work as part of this team to improve outcomes for Maths within the College. Also working closely with the Maths Lecturers, you will support students in making positive changes to overcome barriers in engaging in Maths learning.
The successful applicants will have previous success working with young people and have a passion for supporting them to succeed. Using engaging and motivating methods that demonstrate impact, you will support students on a 1:1 basis to achieve their goals.
The succesful candidates will have the opportunity to participate in action research projects providing essential case study action and feedback.
These posts will be fixed term until August 2021 and are on a term time only basis (38 working weeks).
