Croydon College promotes a positive, student focussed and supportive culture, and you will play a key role in helping us achieve this.
As our Student Experience Officer you will be organising a range of regular extra-curricular events and activities which enhance the student experience at both our Coulsdon and Croydon campuses.
Throughout the year you will organise awareness events, aligned with national and local events, which embed positive wellbeing, promotion of equality and celebration of diversity into the student experience.
You will use your experience of working with young people to support and drive the work of the Student Union, and increase enrichment engagement and participation rates. You will use your interpersonal and communication skills to develop effective partnerships with external organisations, ensuring the enrichment offer is rich, varied, and meeting the needs of our diverse college community.
The successful applicant will bring energy, a positive ‘can do’ attitude, and a genuine commitment to contributing to an outstanding student experience for students at Croydon College.
In return Croydon College offers generous leave, the opportunity to join the Local Government Pension Scheme and a commitment to your continuing personal development and training in an environment that encourages excellence, creativity and diversity.
