This is an exciting opportunity to join our new team dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience to prospective new learners. As a Student Recruitment Officer you will lead and develop both staff and systems to deliver an excellent customer experience, meet service standards and adhere to the agreed policies, processes and procedures relating to Marketing and Student recruitment.
To ensure that all enquiries and prospects are proactively pursued and converted to an application, working with the Marketing team to generate additional enquiries and with the Admissions team to follow up any applicants that do not respond at specific milestones throughout the recruitment cycle. To lead on the ‘Keep Warm’ and customer journey strategies to maintain engagement in order to meet recruitment targets.
You will work closely with our Admissions team to provide a seamless experience and ensure all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner and followed up to maximise all opportunities. Enquiries may be received by telephone, email, web chat or social media channels so excellent customer service, attention to detail, good key skills and the ability to multitask are essential.

Full training will be provided and the ability to speak Welsh is highly desirable.
