We are looking for a confident and proactive individual to take on the role of Student Administrator at our brand new campus in Borehamwood.
This is a full time role on a term time only contract – when the students are on holiday, so are you! You will be paid each month even though you will only be required to work 40 weeks per year.
This position supports the college’s students by being a ‘central recourse’ at the Borehamwood campus, providing a one-stop shop for students, staff and visitors to access administration and student services.
As well as providing support to students this role will also help at events and activities such as enrolment, open days, careers conventions and taster weeks, among many more.
The day to day aspect of the job will ensure the smooth running of the office; from postal responsibilities to general admin duties such as word-processing, filing, photocopying, data input, reports, statistics, writing up agendas and documenting minutes.
The successful person for this role will have proven excellent customer service skills, a can-do attitude and great communication.
