Birmingham Metropolitan College (BMet) is currently recruiting for x2 Student Services Assistants to be based at Matthew Boulton College.
The successful candidate will be expected to deliver an excellent customer experience. As a student services assistant you will provide first-line customer service by managing enquiries relating to student focused products and services. This includes but not limited to; courses, admissions, finance, enrolment, LRC and libraries. You will also contribute to the development of the service and the student journey.
