Location: Cross College: John Ruskin - Croydon & East Surrey – Redhill
Salary: circa £20,000 per annum
Hours: Full time - 37 hours per week
We are looking for an enthusiastic Student Support Officer working in a varied role amongst a commitment to supporting students as well as bursary administration. The role will involve working with students with a variety of support needs, including those with emotional and behavioural needs, learning difficulties and those who have disengaged from mainstream education. In the role you will also be working closely with the Senior Bursary Advisor in general administration and organisation of the Bursary function cross college.
The successful candidate must have:
• Excellent knowledge and experience of customer service
• Previous use of cash collection and receipting processes
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office packages e.g. Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
