The Croydon College Study Plus (Learning Support) Team is an enthusiastic, motivated team that supports, challenges and inspires students to achieve their full potential. We now have a number of vacancies to support students with their maths, English and vocational classes.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will be organised, have excellent communication skills and be able to implement College processes and practices to ensure that students succeed and progress. An understanding of the support needs of students with learning difficulties, disabilities and mental health difficulties is essential.
You will have English and maths at or above Level 2 or be working towards it. You may have a relevant degree, Learning Support qualifications or previous experience of supporting learners with additional learning needs or vocational experience.
We would particularly welcome applications from maths and English graduates who are considering a career in education.
We offer a stimulating working environment where sharing good practice is the norm, and the professional support and development you receive enables you to reach your potential.
If you would like an opportunity to be employed by an organisation that is working towards being an outstanding provider and where your continuous professional development will be supported, we would like to hear from you.
