Cefn Saeson Comprehensive School is a successful learning community serving Cimla, Tonna, central Neath, Afan Valley.
Applications are invited from well qualified and enthusiastic teachers for the above post, to commence in January 2020. Cefn Saeson wish to appoint a highly effective teacher to join our hugely successful Science department with the anticipation of a brand new build scheduled for September 2021. The ideal candidate will have proven successful teaching practices, together with recent successful experience at Key Stage 3 and in teaching Chemistry to Key Stage 4 with the ability to deliver Physics also.
Applicants will be committed to enhancing pupil experiences using of a variety of teaching and learning styles and will be expected to make a contribution not only to the Science department but also to the school as a whole. Knowledge of the new curriculum will be required as a necessity.
You will be expected to work well with others in the Science department and Support Staff to offer them advice and support, an ongoing commitment to train and gain specialist knowledge is essential.
