Hours: 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Monday – Friday

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Teacher of Leadership and Management to fulfil delivery of ILM qualifications up to level 5. Students will be undertaking training via both apprenticeship and vocational work-based programmes - an area of growth within the Academy with the potential for career opportunities.
Via a hybrid model of working, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated professional who is ready to deliver an outstanding learning experience. Candidates should be self-starters who are able to work autonomously and as part of a team. We invite applications from suitably qualified and experienced Teachers and/or Assessors in the subject.
Please see attached job description for an outline of the required qualifications coupled with assessment experience and industry knowledge in a relevant field. You will facilitate learning sessions for leadership and management learners and be able to deliver unitised content, leading on practical sessions and carrying out marking of assessment and assignment work.
