TEACHER OF PHYSICAL EDUCATION (Maternity Cover 12 Months Fixed Term)
The School wishes to appoint a Maternity Cover Teacher of Physical Education to assist in the delivery of sport from 20th April 2020.
It is envisaged that the successful candidate would have appropriate experience and skills to help deliver a varied Summer programme that includes Tennis, Athletics and Cricket. In addition, the successful candidate would be expected to teach core PE, games and extra-curricular activities.
In the Autumn term, the main sports we offer are Lacrosse, Hockey and Netball, experience in coaching of these sports would be essential.

The salary, which is superannuated, is on Moreton Hall’s own scale, and is linked closely to the National Pay Spine, carrying extra benefits for residential duties. The school, which currently has nearly 500 pupils (girls 4 - 18 years, boys 4 - 11 years), is situated midway between Shrewsbury and Chester with excellent road and rail links to the Midlands and the North of England.
