Job Description
Education Supply Pool are recruiting Teaching Assistants on the behalf of schools based within the Bargoed area to support any day to day, short-term and long-term positions.

The successful candidate:
- Minimum of NVQ Level 2, CACHE Level 2, BTEC, BA (Hons) Education or experience working within an education setting?
- Assist with preparing lessons in all areas of the school curriculum with consideration of varied levels of student abilities,
- Ability to follow instructions and maintain a positive attitude,
- Provide simulating activities whilst ensuring hygiene and safety rules,
- Maintain a supportive and clean classroom environment,
- Be attentive to the unique needs of each student and be able to identify proper solutions when children encounter issues,
- Great communication skills to collaborate with other teachers and families when needed.
As a valued member of ESP, you’ll receive:
- A minimum pay rate of at least £70,
- A team with over twenty years’ experience in both small, local, and large national education agencies,
- A dedicated account manager with a background in teaching,
- A £125 recommend a friend scheme,
- A variety of daily, short-term, and long-term positions to suit your needs,
- No need for completion of time sheets,
- Pay via PAYE direct through Education Supply Pool and not an umbrella company.
