We are looking for a confident, organised and enthusiastic person for a full time position within the Timetabling Team.
The key focus of the role will be to ensure the College facilities are appropriately timetabled. You will be a strong communicator, engaging with colleagues at all levels within the organisation and with external clients wishing to use the College’s facilities. You will be confident, organised and possess a friendly and professional manner. A proactive approach to problem solving and attention to detail will be required, whilst working to tight timescales.
You will provide a wide range of administrative support helping to create and maintain the College’s timetable database. You will receive and process room booking requests, schedule rooms for exams, update class registers and provide reports on room use to key college staff/departments.
The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills, be educated to at least Level 2 or have gained the equivalent knowledge through experience in a similar role. The post holder will be based at our Watford Campus but could be required to travel to any of our campuses as needed.
