As the ‘Further Education College of the year 2019’, Sandwell College has recently partnered with The NHS Women and Children’s Hospital and are currently looking to appoint an Assessor/Trainer in Business Administration and Customer Service to join the college for an exciting partnership on a full time, permanent basis.
You will be responsible for the training and assessment of a caseload of health and social care learners and ensure that course related documentation is maintained to a high standard. You will observe learners and complete observations of the learners and record work relevant to this qualification.
To be successful, you will hold an NVQ Level 3 along with the relevant assessor qualification and also be able to demonstrate your experience of working within the industry. You’ll also hold or will be working towards a D32/33/A1/TAQA qualification. Finally you’ll possess the ability to translate your practice to our learners and have the motivation to inspire them to exceed their goals.
