Training Advisers – Business and Professional (Truro)
£22,856 - £27,328 per annum

We are looking for experienced individuals with backgrounds in business, administration, customer service, finance and/ or quality improvement to manage a caseload of learners completing a range of apprenticeship programmes. This would include supporting experienced individuals taking on programmes to advance their career and young people new to the workplace.
The role would involve visiting apprentices in a variety of business settings, to assess, coach and mentor, supporting them to develop as well-rounded individuals, maximising their personal development and business impact.
Successful applicants will ideally have assessing, mentoring or coaching qualifications, a quality assurance qualification would also be desirable. A full clean driving licence and your own transport is essential.
