Tutor of Mathematics - Temporary to July 2020
Part time 10 hours per week. Tuesday and Wednesday working
Situated alongside picturesque Sefton Park in Liverpool, Greenbank College, part of the Greenbank Project Charity, provides a variety of Educational services for people from within and around the Liverpool City Region. We are particularly supportive of providing relevant opportunities for disabled people and other disadvantaged groups.
It is exciting times for Greenbank as we are currently developing our strategy to take us through the next five years. Our vision is to transform lives through challenging perceptions and inspiring self-belief. The College offers supportive, inclusive learning opportunities for young people and adults. We offer work related study programmes to people aged 16-18 and up to 24 to those with an EHC Plan as well as courses to adults.
To help with our continued development, we are looking to recruit a tutor to work within our mathematics department. The role would suit someone with experience of delivering sessions to diverse groups and offers a good opportunity to develop and enhance the leaning aspirations of our learners.
Greenbank College is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. We particularly welcome applications from under represented groups including ethnicity, gender, transgender, age, disability, sexual orientation or religion.
