The ideal candidate will have good knowledge of the industry and current professional experience within the vocational area, be a qualified tutor and assessor (or working towards).
You will work as a team member within the directorate and where appropriate with cross college teams. You will teach and assess theory and practical aspects of the vocational programmes and organise industry related activities to enhance the learner experience.
Experience in hairdressing and advanced make-up techniques is essential to be able to demonstrate, inspire and motivate the next generation of make-up artists.
As the Hair & Media Make-up Tutor you will support and guide the learners at all times to ensure that the learning is fun, interesting, relevant, challenging and appropriate.
This post has 828 delivery hours in total but we are able to be flexible with hours. This is pro rata to part time hours.
