We are offering an exciting opportunity to join our IT Services team within Heart of Worcestershire College based in our Worcester Campus.
Within this role you will be working as a crucial member of our team and supporting our award-winning approaches to blended learning, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of ICT Based eLearning Platforms such as Moodle and Office365. This will require some technical knowledge of Windows Server and SQL Server. Knowledge of Linux, PHP, Powershell and .NET languages would also be desirable.
As part of this role you will support the management and, monitor and maintain existing VLE content and contribute to the development and completion of new projects and content development.
You will also develop eLearning and training resources for online access by College staff and students via a range of eLearning platforms including Office365 and Moodle and deliver regular staff training in the application of e-Learning and ILT based platforms used to deliver eLearning. Your work will also support the work of the ILT external projects team who lead the Blended Learning Consortium and commercial blended learning development projects for the College.
To be considered for this role you must have Level 3 or equivalent qualification in IT, the knowledge of the Installation, Operation and Maintenance of the Moodle VLE Platform including SQL Server and be able to understand and interpret e-Learning requirements
