We have an exciting opportunity to join us at Coleg Gwent to support the development of our wellbeing agenda across the college. This is a fixed term post to bring together our wide variety of wellbeing activities and develop these into one coherent wellbeing plan.
As the Wellbeing Officer, the post holder will play a key role in the development and implementation of the College wellbeing strategy for learners and staff. The role will involve extensive liaison and collaboration with key internal staff, the student body and external contacts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills together with the ability to deliver a well-being strategy and related services for learners and staff is essential. This will be in line with the College’s core values of:

The post will involve travel across our five campuses.

Coleg Gwent is one of the largest colleges in the UK, with five main campuses located throughout South East Wales. Located within easy access of the M4 corridor, our campuses are within easy reach of some of the most beautiful countryside in South Wales.
