BMet is seeking to appoint positive, highly motivated and enthusiastic Work Experience Coordinators. The successful candidates will join the Commercial and Corporate Engagement (Business Development) team, supporting colleagues across all curriculum areas to achieve the college’s Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for work experience. These roles will cover the 3 sites of Sutton Coldfield, Matthew Boulton and James Watt Colleges.
The role will involve engaging with new employers to secure high quality work experience opportunities for BMet students; working with existing employers to maintain effective relationships; reviewing students when on work experience to ensure they are safe and meeting their objectives; and ensuring that employers are fully supportive of our students in the workplace.
