Welcome to Venturers Trust, a multi-academy trust based in Bristol. We are an ambitious and diverse family of schools comprising Primary, Secondary, all-age schools and a Special school, with a total of 3,500 pupils and 700 staff.

The academies within Venturers Trust are located in two clusters, one in South Bristol and the other in East Central Bristol. We are privileged to work with an incredibly diverse and vibrant set of communities and we take our educational commitment to them extremely seriously.

Our academies are happy, dynamic and exciting place to learn and work, where we help all young people to develop a genuine love of learning within a creative environment alongside the traditional values of hard work, integrity, responsibility and respect.

We are determined to ensure that each young person is inspired to build a bright future for themselves, their families and communities, whether it be their intention to progress through our sixth forms and on to university or into apprenticeships and employment. Encouraging curiosity and equipping young people with the confidence, ambition and skills to contribute positively to society in the future is essential to our work and purpose.

The Trust is sponsored by the Society of Merchant Venturers and the University of Bristol. Through this important partnership, both sponsors provide hands-on support, expertise and challenge to ensure that all our young people receive a truly inspiring education. They share our commitment to place positive outcomes for young people and the wellbeing of our communities at the heart of everything we do.

Our goals are not short-term, instead, the academy improvement strategies that we develop and deliver are for the long-term and rely on the strength of the Trust as a whole. We support our Academy Leadership Teams to build strong and purposeful relationships with their communities to help facilitate continuous improvement in both teaching and learning. By working together, we are building positive and collaborative environments in which children can thrive.
