Staff Development

We provide a wide range of opportunities for all staff to undertake professional development. This ranges from the mandatory training sessions which cover Health & safety, prevent, Safeguarding, Equality & Diversity and GDPR, through to professional qualifications.

The College hosts regular college wide development days and Principal briefings, providing staff with an opportunity to work collaboratively to achieve the organisation’s mission, values and objectives. 

In addition, we also provide a wide range of continuous professional development opportunities for staff, which may be hosted by the internal experts we have at the College, or provided by external training providers.
