Waltham Forest College has been named one of The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2025, a testament to its exceptional employee experience and organisational culture. Survey results revealed staff engagement and confidence in leadership to be significantly above the national average, underlining the College’s focus on wellbeing, inclusivity, and professional growth.

Ranked in the top 5% of GFE colleges nationally for student achievement, Waltham Forest College continues to be an aspirational destination for learners. Welcome to Waltham Forest College!

Waltham Forest College is an ambitious and aspirational place to learn, with highly skilled, supportive staff, industry-standard specialist facilities and strong partnerships with employers. We are proud of our strong track record of student success and of being ranked the number one college in London for 16–18 student achievement in the 2024/25 National Achievement Rate Tables (NARTs). We are also the only college in London to receive the Skills Builder UK Flagship Award, recognising our sustained commitment to developing the essential skills learners need to succeed in education, employment and wider life.
