An exciting opportunity has arisen for someone to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Swallowdale Primary School as an Office Administrator for 21 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work Wednesday, Thursday and Fridays from 8:15am to 3.45pm.

As Administration Assistant, you will be required to:

• Being the front of house and first point of contact for visitors.

• General administration tasks to support the ongoing running of the school. 

• Communicate in different methods with a range of stakeholders.

• Managing children’s records.

• Support with the management of daily attendance routines. 

• Ensuring school’s policies and procedures are adhered to.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be organised, work well in a team and use own initiative.

• Strong communication skills are essential.

• Have previous administration experience and/or working in a school setting.

• Be confident in using Microsoft Office and willing to learn other IT systems.

• Be pleasant, flexible and trustworthy in role understanding the needs of the school may change and be adaptable to this.
