An exciting opportunity has arisen for three individuals to join Bradgate Education Partnership, working at Ratby Primary School as Learning Support Assistants. The successful candidates will work 26.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday, on a fixed-term contract until 22nd August 2027.
The SEN Learning Support Assistants will work within either Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, providing targeted support to pupils, including those with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). Working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo, the successful candidates will support pupils to access learning, develop independence, and achieve their individual outcomes.
The role will involve supporting children within the classroom, delivering small-group interventions, and providing one-to-one support where required. Successful candidates will help to implement strategies and support plans to meet a range of learning, communication, social, emotional and behavioural needs, ensuring all pupils can fully participate in school life.

The ideal candidate will:
• Have an NVQ level 3 or equivalent experience in Teaching and Learning
• Have experience of working in a classroom environment
• Have good literacy and numeracy skills
• Have excellent communication skills
