Salary: £27,262-£28,763pa inclusive of London Weighting. Salary based on Business and Learning Support scale

We are seeking to appoint an experienced manager to develop and deliver a range of professional short courses for employers and individuals who wish to develop professional technical skills for the land-based industry.

The successful candidate will be a competent manager, who can take full responsibility for marketing, promoting and administering an extensive range of programmes.

The ideal candidate will be pro-active and self-assured, enthusiastic about the land based industry and keen to become a land based industry ambassador for professional training courses. They will take pride in their work, use their initiative and take ownership of problems through to resolution. They will take responsibility for delivering outstanding customer service and will build excellent relationships with employers, learners, tutors and assessors to offer a seamless service.
