🌱 About the role

We're looking for an enthusiastic, approachable, and motivated Lecturer in Arboriculture to join our land‑based team. You'll be teaching and training students in arboriculture, horticulture, and countryside management across Level 2 and Level 3 qualifications, helping them gain the skills they need to succeed in a growing, in-demand industry.

Solid, hands-on experience in arboriculture (plus horticulture/countryside knowledge ideal)

💼 Contract & Salary

Hours: Full-time (37 hours, Monday–Friday) or part-time/job-share considered
Contract: Permanent, Academic Contract
Salary: From £31,363 per year, (pro-rata for part time hours) depending on qualifications and experience
