About your role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer in Arboriculture to join our team.

The College is looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated person to assist with the teaching and practical training of arboriculture, horticulture and countryside students on qualifications at levels 2 and 3. A flexible and positive attitude is required to maintain the success of the provision.

You will need experience within the industry and have a desire to be an inspiring teacher. The successful applicant will have plenty of vocational experience as well as being able to demonstrate excellent administrative and organisational abilities in order to perform the role successfully.

We welcome applications from industry professionals who want to get into teaching and share their experience and knowledge with future generations. You do not need to have a teaching qualification, just plenty of industry experience and a strong desire to teach.

Contractual Details:

Hours: Ideally, we are looking for a full-time candidate to work 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, but we will consider a job share for part-time candidates.

Salary: £28,798 – £36,352 per annum depending on skills and experience (SP 22 – 30)
