Full time- 37 hours per week

£23,404 - £23,903 Per Annum
Gorseinon Campus
Key Responsibilities:
Providing pastoral care for international students based across all College sites
Coordinate the international social programme, which involves trips to sites of interest, local to Swansea and across the UK
Provide financial administration support, to include: processing invoices; setting up new customers and supplier accounts on the college finance system; payments/refund for homestay providers; process staff expenses; maintain accurate records of all cash expenditure; record financial information for externally funded schemes such as Erasmus+/Turing/WG Taith; completing and submitting monthly credit card returns
Assistance with homestay administration, to include: Coordinating marketing campaigns to increase number of homestay providers; develop and maintain homestay accommodation literature e.g. homestay provider profiles, homestay guides for prospective students and their parents etc.
About you:
- Qualified to degree level or have appropriate professional experience
- Previous experience of working in administration or a similar role
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT Literate, ability to use spreadsheets and Word
