The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our busy External Funding Team in the College as the Multiply Project Administrator.

Multiply is a new government-funded programme to help adults improve their numeracy skills. It is a free provision aimed at anyone over 19 years of age that does not have GCSE Math's at grade C to build their confidence with numbers and gain a qualification (if applicable) to be able to secure employment and/or training.

37 hours per week

Fixed term until December 2024 (Secondment considered)

£22,982 - £25,017 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • You will ensure the collection and collation of all paperwork to support the effective roll out and delivery of the Multiply Project.
  • Working closely with relevant staff, you will be required to maintain information on project outcomes and targets and also the financial aspects of the project.
  • You will also be responsible for ensuring that appropriate systems are established to support the delivery of this project.

About you:

  • Experience of processing large volumes of paperwork and working in a busy office environment is essential
  •  Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel.
  • Experience of administering externally funded projects and working with external partners would be desirable.
