The role:
To plan and deliver an innovative employment programme for entry level learners with additional learning needs (ALN). To implement the Project Search delivery model to deliver a work skills curriculum programme, in partnership with Swansea Bay Health Board.
14.5 hours per week (2 days)

Key Responsibilities:
Being responsible for the delivery of an effective learning environment, identifying and notifying resource requirements, in line with curriculum and technical developments.
Plan, deliver and assess a work-based person centred employability curriculum (Project Search), to learners on a Supported Internship, including underpinning knowledge and practical skills required, to enable learners to develop vocational competencies within the workplace based setting.
Participate in the recruitment and assessment of prospective interns, by engaging in relevant recruitment and marketing activities, such as dealing with enquiries from prospective interns during open evenings, progression meetings and taster events as required.

- Experience of delivering practical training and support to learners with ALN
- Self-managing and able to work under own initiative.
