Salary: NJC Point 23 - 25, £21,220 - £22,456 per annum (£32,076 - £33,945 FTE) Starting salary and pay points will be aligned with the NJC spine on experience and qualifications of the postholder

Hours of Work: 26 hours per week, Monday to Friday, hours to be agreed.  This post is term time only, including all INSET days and two additional weeks to be worked in the school holidays.

We are looking for an HR Lead/Office Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to join Tyndale Primary School and become an integral member of the HR/ School team.

Greenshaw Learning Trust is a highly successful multi academy trust that provides excellent quality, comprehensive, non-selective and inclusive education through primary schools and secondary schools. Main responsibilities:

  • To provide a comprehensive and effective HR and administrative support service to the School.
  • The postholder will play an important role in running of the School and ensure a professional and efficient HR and Payroll support service is provided at all times.

You will need:

  • Educated to at least A-level standard (or equivalent
  • Educated to at least GCSE grade C/4 standard (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • Experience of working in a Human Resources related environment
  • CIPD Level 3 or willingness to obtain qualification
  • Knowledge and understanding of key HR processes e.g. recruitment, appraisals, absence management
