We are looking for an enthusiastic subject specialist to join our committed Maths Department on a permanent basis.
The successful candidate will motivate, challenge, support and inspire our students. The Academy is looking for some who will form positive relationships with children and their parents/carers, to support them and gain their trust.
The successful candidate must have relevant experience in a similar role with a proven track record. We welcome applications from outstanding teachers. The Maths Department is high performing, supportive and has a range of experience.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to teach A level Maths.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- To implement and deliver an appropriately broad, balanced, relevant and differentiated curriculum for students and to support a designated curriculum area as appropriate
- To monitor and support the overall progress and development of students as a Teacher/Tutor
- To facilitate and encourage a learning experience which provides students with the opportunity to accelerate with their learning
- To contribute to raising standards of student attainment across the school
- To share and support the school’s responsibility to provide and monitor opportunities for personal and academic growth
