This is an exciting opportunity for an exceptional and inspirational leader who has the aspiration, integrity and ability to help shape the future of an established multi academy trust.
Tasked with the successful implementation of the Trust’s vision, the CEO will be responsible for inspiring and empowering stakeholders in realising the Trust’s aims.
Due to the planned retirement the current CEO by the end of the 2020-21 academic year, the Trustees of Lighthouse Learning Trust are seeking to appoint a new CEO.
The Lighthouse Learning Trust currently comprises Richard Taunton Sixth Form College, Southampton, and St Vincent College, Gosport, and was formed on 1st November 2017, as a result of the Solent Area Review. Both college Governing Bodies unanimously supported this move believing that the Multi-Academy Trust structure would help improve quality, save cost, provide development opportunities for staff and, above all, enable the community to be better served.
We have an ongoing commitment to creating a family of colleges that are inclusive and embrace diversity, where all members of the community feel supported, inspired and empowered to succeed.
We have developed a set of Founding Principles and Values that have guided us through our transition and early years.
The ideal candidate will be an ambitious professional with a track record of successful strategic leadership. Whilst your experience may be from within another sector, you will be committed to implementing rapid and maintained school improvements across our Trust, supported by a committed Board.
Please click on 'Apply Now' in order to register your details. You will then be re-directed through to Satis Education, the recruitment agency managing this recruitment on our behalf.
